Rooted in 1980s tailoring craftsmanship and carried forward by BXN Holding, one of China's leading apparel groups founded in 1996, we have built a legacy as a custom suit manufacturer defined by sartorial precision, manufacturing discipline, and continuous evolution. 1980

1980 ORIGINS

Founder Wu Zhize established Yongjia Overseas Chinese Suit Factory, the predecessor of BOSINNO, marking itsentry into the Industry 1.0 era.

1987 EMBARKING ON A NEW JOURNEY

Introduced industrial sewing machines and transformed traditional tailoring into standardized assembly-line production, marking BOSINNO's entry into Industry 2.0.

1996 EXPANSION

Zhejiang Baoxiniao Garment Group was founded.

1997 SCALE-UP

Invested over RMB 100 million to establish the Wenzhou Industrial Park and build large-scale production lines, with each suit divided into 396 standardized processes.

2007-2013 DIGITALIZATION

Launched its first-generation CRM system and began accumulating customer data, marking the dawn of Industry 3.0 digitalization.

2014 SMART MANUFACTURING

Launched the first-generation BW Data Warehouse, kicked off the Smart Manufacturing Project, and explored Industry 4.0 flexible production.

2016 INDUSTRY 4.0

Recognized by MIIT as a Smart Manufacturing Pilot and Demonstration Enterprise, setting an Industry 4.0 benchmark for the apparel industry.

2019 DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

Launched a “Light Front-End, Robust Middle Platform, Strong Back-End” Architecture, earning Industrial Informatization and National Green Factory certifications.

2020–2024 DIGITAL COLLABORATION

Advanced end-to-end digitalization, strengthened the Industry 4.0 foundation, and laid the groundwork for Industry 5.0 through the “6+4 Digital Strategy.”

2025 LIGHTHOUSE FACTORY

Launched the Lighthouse Factory project, benchmark Industry 4.0 standards, and integrate Industry 5.0 sustainability. Advance AI-powered efficiency and human-machine collaboration.
